DH Class Order Hall quest

I started a quest on my demon hunter "By any means" and am not able to get into the Violet Hold Scenario to "interrogate Taldath". I got the artifacts eapons from vendor. What do I do to initiate/complete the quest chain? Was really looking forward to paly every class hall campaign, downloaded Legion expac for that sole reason.
