Shuffle bug

Hi, I keep getting this bug where I accept the shuffle queue, and so do all the other players. However, it does not automatically put me in the arena but instead the game gives me a deserter and -100 rating, as If I entered and left the arena, which obviously I did not, otherwise the 6/6 shuffle queue would not be on the screen.
Can this be addressed please? lost around 300 rating so far because of this
