Trucebreakers and the maruukai campaign not starting

SO i started the trucbreaker quest and it didnt work, I couldnt see any mobs, had some luck as a player who could see the mobs partied up with me and I got the quest finished but the questline for the second part of ohnahran plains doesnt work as no quest will show up

I finished the quest, got a random dude doing the quest in my party and it finished the quest, now i cant take the next quest, its the main storyline quest so i cant progress at all and i sure as heck aint leveling another character, what do i do? just wait for a gm to give me quest directly
