Black screen after Exile`s reach

hey, im new to the game and just finished the first area Exile`s reach and last quest there was to travel to Orgrimmar, when i did travel there the screen went black, HUD is still visible and i can move camera around but screen stays black , tried restarting the game, analysing and repairing but nothing. games still not fully downloaded or sum? what can i do?
