Posted June 23, 2023 Greetings aiczx, There could be a couple of solutions to the issue that you're experiencing, but this is what has helped most of our players who received this error. You would need to go to your game folder and delete the following folders from it: Cache, WTF, and Logs. Then close everything. Open our launcher and click on the settings icon top left and select "Analyze and Repair". That way the launcher will check the integrity of your game files automatically and fix any potential issues that might be causing the connection problem.
