SHOP SUPPORT tickets

Does anyone answer the SHOP SUPPORT tickets on the icecrown server? I also have a ticket for 3 days and nothing .... 
is someone taking care of the server? Why don't you make a column on the forum on the 3.3.5 server?

First of all, i'm very sorry for the slow reply on the forum. Regarding the Store Tickets, there's no estimation on when they will handle your ticket so you have to be patient with it. If you have any other question feel free to reply to this topic.
