valor cap on shadowlands?

I was pleasantly surprised today i see valor cap (2250/3000)on my charr. so for this week i collect only 750 valors.
So i use google and looking for shadowlands 9.2.7 valor cap per week and i find only 
on shadowlands s4 valor cap is removed and on dragonflight is return back. 
So what is wrong? for examle one upgrade staf cost 1000 valors and with this cap.and super loot from dungeons 
(where one player obtain 2 items and other nothing. last week i complete 
maybe 25 dungeons mplus and reward 3 bad items and one is a conduit for another spec)
is staff upgrade and other items long story.

The valor cap goes along with the weekly increase as if it's blizzlike. The valor cap removed, as you said, comes with Mythic+ S4, and we are in S3 right now. If you have any more troubles you can always make a ticket in our support platform.
