New on server LF Boris

Hi guys I just wanted to know if Boris is still avaiable since i've just created a char (im coming back to wow after a couple years) and i was hoping to use the boost to pop on lvl 60 pvp etc etc . If he's not then will it come back anytime soon ? unfortunately i wanted to use these holidays to play a bit otherwise i dont think i can lvl my priest
