Faction imbalance in sethralis realm

There is a hug imbalance in this server horde numbers are way too big compared to alliance the server is literally dead on alliance you have too little premades no groups meanwhile when I check horde sides they are way more also doing things with wm on is impossible whithout getting ganked I hope you do something about this

any idea about how to fix it? or just more complains like "fix it, idk how, just do it and do it now!"

Only X10 xp on alliance side should fix it. And free transfers from horde to alliance for instance. There are simple ways to balance the server more.
