Hey there! 
I'm not sure how to contact you, so this is the way I came up with. 
It's not a spiteful thing, just wanted to let you know the Executive is overstepping his boundaries and abusing power by demanding personal information, making up rules regarding daily activity and who we have to talk to, allowing himself to criticize staff members personalities and plainly threatening them. Here's some screenshots that illustrate my point, I could look for more if needed.

Not really expecting anything to happen, but this doesn't seem like a good way to build a stable team.
