I wanted to ask a question about the damage and the weapons: in the versions prior to legion the attacks inflicted damage in different percentages, calculated based on the damage of the equipped weapon

in the new versions, on the other hand, there are no longer percentages, but a fixed value of damage: so I wanted to ask, how are damages calculated and how do weapons affect attacks if the value is always the same (eg "inflicts 220 damage" and not plus "deals 400% weapon damage"
