[Declined] CD of the stone is too long

As we all know,the CD of the stone is 30min,but when you join a guild,the time should be 15min.It doesn't work,so you need to wait for a long time after you use the stone.I hope you fix this problem soon.Thanks a lot!    ^ ^

well maybe it would help if we knew your realm/expansion... for me on MoP its 15min always working fine

Wait... you are whining about the cooldown of the hearthstone? In the beginning of world of warcraft it was an hour before you could use it again.
