Druid class hall quest

Hey i have a big problem i cant find the npc i need to talk to for my first class hall quest Call of the wilds. Can u tell me if the npc is elsewere or a fix or if yours wasnt there too

you cant, cuz class hall(all halls, not only druids) quests dont work
