Feral Damage

I was curious on if anyone else felt that ferals were underpowered. (no i dont mean you being under geared with traits in arena and a 37 trait feral rekts you) i mean as in non of feral abilitys(as of my 850 itmlvl, 14 traits) hits over 300k, nothing, not a 5 combo tiger-fury ferocious bite. Now on my balance which is pretty much same item level and like 4 more traits my starsurge can hit 400k, my art ability hits 400k easy and up to like 700k-800k crit(slightly op, but a long cast time easy to get stopped). Even in guardian my mangle hits 200k almost every mangle and i only have one relic in that spec. I just feel as though the damage does not meet up with the rest of the specs or other classes. Anyone else feel that way if you played feral. (traits = damage) i do 200k dps as balance with low traits, someone with x2 of my traits does 400k dps so item level is ehh.
