Issues with Rogue Combo Points

I had to take a break for about 2.5 months due to real life. Before i left, the only issue with CP's is that for Sub, you retained your CP's after DFA, and if you used those for another Eviscerate, that Eviscerate was also buffed by DFA's 50%. Now, i lose combo points coming out of stealth sometimes. Ive Hemorrhaged at 4CP, and gone down to 1 (ok seriously, those two cost me 2 5 CP Eviscerates, which put me behind damage wise on my target, not cool). It doesnt seem consistent, and it doesnt seem like i can make it work a certain way at a given point, to show repeated results for a given test.

Additionally, when i use DFA, Kidney Shot, or Slice and Dice, the combo points remain on the target for 2-3 secs after (might be merely a UI glitch). Sub was functioning fairly well (minus Honor Among Thieves not working. Though, to combat that, could fix it or just give Sub the Assassination passive "Seal Fate,") and of course the DFA combo point/extra evis bugs.
