Title: increase guild member cap

Description: 

Please increase guild member Cap in sylvanas realm from 1k to 3k or 5k or atleast 2k , all know sylvanas population is 7k at peaks , and 1k for a guild is too small ,  , and we are over 110+ online , and we are facing problems in the slots and space  of guild , and please no useless comments such as we are inviting random ppl ,
