Bursting Shot Marksman Hunter

Hi all,

I wanted to post here because recently i reported http://www.wowhead.com/spell=186387/bursting-shot on the bugtracker because the spell is not desorienting at all.

Few days later my report is set as "invalid" so i wanted to know why, i even have videos showing the desorient effect of the spell, so i'm not wrong.
