Title: Laughing Skull Faction Reputation in Legion

Description: 

Could you please fix the Laughing Skull Reputation to be farmable in Legion? 

I have all the requirements needed to gain the Laughing Skull reputation and followed the guides from wowhead and youtube videos but could not gain any reputation for it. 

 

If not, please, atleast make the items  like http://www.wowhead.com/item=118672  from the Laughing Skull faction vendor buyable via Coins or Loyalty points. 

 

I will be very grateful if you could make it happen.
