The channels we currently have in-game across all expansions are world_en (English), world_fr (French), and world_es (Spanish). Those are the three languages currently supported by Firestorm. We currently don't have any plans to create channels for every single language, because we won't have enough people to moderate them. You can use world_en, but make sure you speak English in those chat channels.
