The player uses some kind of cheese while being level 10 in dungeons to deal massive dmg to mobs and also doesn't gain any xp, so it's intentional, and intends to continue doing it. I'm assuming he's spamming dungeons to help his mage friend level, cause I'm pretty sure that mage has been in the group both times I've been with this monk.
