I didn't DELETE creature_loot_template but I added one with a different groupId that will give a chance to drop items.

- Fishing in Dalaran
- fishing_loot_template for Dalaran's Fountain, Margoss's Retreat & Violet hold (Didn't know loot_template for Underbelly so I didn't implant)
- Unlock Achievement http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=10722/the-wish-remover
- Currency : http://www.wowhead.com/item=138777/drowned-mana implanted & Margoss's Reputation too (1 mana => 50 rep, 10 mana => 500 rep)
- Margoss is able to Teleport you back in Dalaran
Core don't consider Dalaran map as MAP_LIQUID_TYPE_WATER (like Undercity or Ironforge), so there's not LiquidLevel = we can't fish in Dalaran
Waiting for a better correction (from you or from TrinityCore) :
