Getting disconnected every 3 minutes. Infinite loading screen. Issues with the website. etc. In other words, errors or issues that don't allow you to access the game at all. Also, as I mentioned in your previous post, "Although keep in mind that some of them may not work. In that case, I'd recommend reporting on our bug tracker instead."   11. Greetings @VickyChar, You must complete the introduction quest first in Orgrimmar and then make your way to Dazar'alor. From what I can see you haven't got your Heart of Azeroth yet. That means you got a few quests that await you in Orgrimmar (you will get the quests as soon as you enter Orgrimmar). You should go there and complete them. (They usually have a horde badge on their side) For further assistance, I'd recommend making an in-game ticket so Game Masters can assist you from there. (PS: For the portal issue, try unstucking from our website, although if that doesn't work you could always ask a mage to make you a portal or a warlock to summon you there.   15. Greetings @Throkk, You can transfer your characters from our shop inside the "Manager your character" section. You can only transfer characters to higher expansions and not lower.   18. There are a lot of variables that could have caused an issue such as this one, be patient, and wait for a Game Master to get to you through in-game tickets.
  19. If I recall correctly, your keys don't get downgraded after the realm crashes, developers implemented a fix a while ago. As for bosses, well... there isn't much we can do. As mentioned crashes happen and expected. Thanks for your understanding.

  23. There shouldn't be any issues with it, as long as you follow the main questline, after helping Lady Waycrest reach Arom's stand, you should be rewarded with reputation, enough to be friendly with Order of Embers. For further assistance, please make an in-game ticket.
