relog or something, as for 0 copper, you probably transmoged your gear during Trial of Style event in which case cost is 0.

you are probably on your 5/9 Covenant campaign not Chains of Domination cause thats another patch.

The rest  of campaign is being released weekly or half monthly, depends.... So you have to wait for the rest to be released.

im waiting for Chromie aswel, BfA is just to confusing for me to level on and wastes my time, on ptr i had no problem level fast in outland and northrend

as far as i know we got the copy from BfA, at least we who played it. There is a level squish from 120 to around 48 or 50, max level is 60. If you didnt play BfA, you will just have to level from scratch, 1-60. After Beta is done, everything resets and you start again, as far as i understand.
