Today my firends point out that my main character blood elf warrior changed name. When I logged in I noticed that he disappeared from my characters. Character name was Derthag now it is Bommboy. When I looked at account logs on website I find out that somebody log to my account from IP near Tunisia 196.178.29.120 (196.178.29.152). I also get more firestorm points - 184 (was 19). I also checked my email and I had request to password and email change from 7.1.2018. which wasnt completed. This character was stolen from my account by this guy probably by the character auction. I would like to ask you for recover my character from this thief (even the character picture in armory is same as I had, alsto itemc, etc.), I would never sell my main character.

This player used abusive language to me due to his loss in battleground on his alliance character. His hunter Sagitarigirl was killed fair during stun and Battle cry with my fury warrior. Probably he can´t handle loose so he named horde players hackers. It´s shamefully that some people can´t accept fair loose. His post in chat on imgur link which you can see in chat is not even from battleground where we fought against us (we played Twin peaks).
