I mistakenly boosted druid but I actually wanted paladin... Is there any way to delete druid and boost new one?

So, you have removed pvp elite gear from the game, the npc after you added Prideful Gladiator's gear. I need to know, why you are never adding Prideful Elite gear NPC in the game, while you had it successfully worked in Griveous season.
