Unfortunately with only this screenshot we cant say for sure if this was done intentionally and with malice in order for you to deplete the key or he might have had a technical problem like a disconnect or something like that.
I will leave this report open for another 24h in order for you to provide some extra proof that it was indeed done intentionally otherwise i will have to close it and mark it invalid.

Unfortunately the things you are trying to report dont fit within the scope of the report a player section. This is supposed to be used against players that break the rules, while in game boosting doesnt really fit into this category. We cant and wont take any action against two players that decided on a trade in game then at the end they were not able to agree on the terms. Feel free to post this topic into general discussion for instance.
All in all im gonna mark this report as being INVALID

Firs of all i want to thank you for your report.
Unfortunately gambling away your in game gold does not fit into any category of rules on our server. He didnt "scam" you so to say. Doing this type of gambles with unknown players from world most of the time will end up with the player simply not paying his bet so to say he doesnt actually take your money and runs scamming you. However this is not a punishable offense since its up to you what you do with your gold.

While indeed sometimes pvp brings the worst out of player in this particular instance i dont feel like what he said was aimed as an insult but rather as a form of taunting. While we dont tolerate toxicity on our realms in this particular case i dont feel like this is the case. With that in mind im gonna mark the report as being INVALID
You can always turn your warmode off in order to avoid these sorts of confrontations.

Thank you for the report. Regarding anal jokes on world chat the issue should have been fixed by now and it should not happen again the word being restricted from use on world chat. I will mark this ticket as being VALID on account of what i just mentioned regarding the word being restricted for now. However the fact that something is triggering you is not a valid reason for a report. Yes its a stupid joke but in the end its a joke.
At the same time i have seen you reporting a lot of players lately. While you are indeed reporting them for valid reasons i feel that sometimes you are trying to provoke a response for them and this is not ok, because at one point, im not sure if you know the fable called the boy who cried wolf, it might happen that some of your reports will not get taken as seriously as they should be. In the end you have to understand that this is still a game with players coming from multiple backgrounds and all have different moral and educational standards. What im trying to say is that rather than forcing some drama you can simply ignore the players (as you just did in this report).
Regarding the question you asked me we will never disclose what punishment we gave to a player and in the end it depends on our judgement - we not only enforce the rules but when we pass judgement we interpret these rules.
In the end i will add one more thing, before making a report try and put yourself in the shoes of the player and think if that player is actually doing it with malice or not. If its with malice we strongly encourage you to report it since those are the players that actually make the world chat toxic.
Sorry for the long read but the conclusion i wanted to reach was that we strongly believe in second chances for the players on our realms.

First of all thank you for the report as we try to discourage toxic behavior on our servers.
Regarding the players involved Tinerosa, Vheery have only stated some personal opinions without being offensive. The term snowflake is not offensive and also they did not use any homophobic remarks. However if you personally feel that their points of view were inappropriate you can easily use the /ignore feature against them.
Regarding Ryiuji the term ape has racial implications and we will take the proper action.

However after some further investigation we cannot prove the fact that this was done with malice.

First of all without proper evidence we cant check what is going on. However im almost 99% sure its related to a player that has VIP enabled on his account (check here) . Basically players that have VIP enabled on their account have no resurrection sickness so they can ress at the spirit healer indefinitely .

This seems more of a case of egos clashing rather then straight up toxicity. However we will make sure we take proper action against all parties involved in order to avoid similar issues appearing in the future.
The thing is we agree that dungeon queues are long and its unfortunate for this to happen but in random group finder with random people these occurrences can happen. My suggestion for the future would be that whenever you do this type of content with randoms keep interactions and contradictory discussions at minimum. As i said in the start people have egos and sometimes this gets the better of them and instead of doing a chill dungeon run you end up in a situation where everyone wants to impose their will.
All in all i will mark the report as being VALID.

Just being unexperienced is not really a sign of malice so my suggestion would still be to avoid these issues would be to just try pugging and finding players that you are compatible with in terms of gameplay and skill level and try running premade groups with them.

Based on the evidence you submitted i agree this is to be seen as toxic behavior and we will handle it accordingly. However i also have to mention that not having the whole context of the dungeon and what happened prior the kick i would suggest you to keep a clear mind when doing dungeons and not trying to blame or trigger others. That being said i would highly suggest you to also use the ignore feature against players that act this way so you dont meet them again.

Indeed the behavior of the reported player is not something that the Firestorm Staff takes lighly and its something that we strive to keep out from our community. In the future please also use the /ignore feature against players that are this toxic and intolerant since this will save you a lot of hassle. The appropriate measures will be taken.
