We have checked and ensured this. Also your lack of evidence doesn't provide any visual representation of win-trading even after checking the history for both names.     However in future if you come across a negative player Do Not continue to provoke/insult them back. You must use the ignore feature and take screenshots and follow up a report, Not insult and flame the player back otherwise it may void your report.

    • Third offense: Depending on the severity it can result in an account permanent suspension.


    Note: This includes if you are logging on to another character or creating new accounts to harass a player that has ignored you. Whether it be via chat, mail, etc. If someone was ignoring you, it's most likely for a reason and you don't need to bother them further. Respect each other and think before you type.
