    Harassment towards a Player or Staff Member: Any harassment towards a player or staff member will not be tolerated. Harassment is a form of unwanted physical or verbal behavior that offends someone or humiliates them.

    Punishments:

    • First offense: Warning.
    • Second offense: 7 days account suspension.
    • Third offense: Depending on the severity it can result in an account permanent suspension.


    Erotic and Pornographic material: Any kind of erotic or pornographic material, such pornographic comments, links to pornographic websites and images and such should also be avoided whether you're joking or not.

    • Punishment: Mute to 15 days account suspension. (In really severe cases, ban can reach permanent account suspension).

    If you read the Pinned post in the report a player section you will find this

    Therefore you were kicked for not talking English in the English world channel. Therefore i do not need to give you a warning had you already read the rules of the server.

     Use of Third Party Programs: Using a third-party program or modification to gain advantage over other players. This includes speed hacking, fly hacking, multi-boxing, colored text etc. (Inside a battlegrounds, arenas, instances, etc.)

    • Second offense: Permanent account suspension.

    • Insensitive commenting: Any statements related to the encouragement of drugs, terrorism, massacres or suicides. This also includes any jokes about huge tragedies that have affected the lives of people. Punishment: Mute to 15 days account suspension.

    Arena Win-Trading: Arranged arena battles in order to gain conquest points or such.

    • Punishment: 15 days account suspension and rating reset for every member of the team.

    Greetings gg123gwe,

    Hex itself has a 20 second cool down but with the honor talent "Voodoo Mastery" Hex cool down is reduced by 20 seconds making Hex a 10 second cool down only with the Honor talent.

    After reviewing the video there is no evidence that supports your claim and thats why it was marked as invalid.

    Greetings Crissie,

    Thank you for submitting your report however it has been deemed Invalid. After speaking with QA members and Admin Beast who leads the QA we've concluded the spell is not bugged but server side.

    The spell Reanimations Summons a zombie within 15-20 yards of the player at random with 5hp and explodes when they reach you. The description you provided is correct but incorrect. The Zombies will not detonate if they haven't reached the target as several tests have proven otherwise but thats not account things such as latency/lag from the server which can cause a delay in the actual animation itself therefor it may apply to what you're describing. In further tests we discovered that if you are against a object such as a wall and you're using it to block/kite, when using Reanimation the zombies tend to spawn on top of you and therefore explode instantly upon spawning. This is due to the fact that the wall is blocking the path of where the zombie is trying to spawn and therefore it will spawn really close or on top of you.This itself its is due to pathing issues.

    On top of this, spell Reanimations also behaves/behaved like this on retail. Below is links to different sources from video evidence to forums what you're describing.

    Here is a video conducted by me and a QA member of the description i have provided by using this crystal to act as a wall/pillar to kite around. As you can see some zombies are spawning away but some are also spawning on top of me.

    Greetings. 

    Thank you for submitting your report however it was deemed Invalid. The reason is:

    The legendary Ilvl is correct but its a visual bug that displayers 910ilvl instead of 940ilvl.

    As a guardian spec you do have access to the Talent "restoration Affinity" which can grants you ysera Gift so this is not a bug and not locked to only restoration spec. I have a provided a link to the Talent Here.

    Cross-Faction Healing/Resurrecting: Healing or resurrecting a player from your opposite faction that isn't in a raid, dungeon or sanctuary.

    • Punishment: 2 days account suspension.

    Note: Cross Faction healing/resurrecting is not bannable near a raid/dungeon entrance.
