    Erotic and Pornographic material: Any kind of erotic or pornographic material, such pornographic comments, links to pornographic websites and images and such should also be avoided whether you're joking or not.
    Punishment: Mute to 15 days account suspension. (In really severe cases, ban can reach permanent account suspension).

    English only in world chat / staff chat:
    Examples: 
    -Any other language other than English in world chat or staff chat is forbidden. If you wish to talk another language with another player, use alternative methods, such as whisper, private messages etc.
    -Any use of gibberish.
    Punishments:
    -First Offense (Warning): Channel kick.
    -Second Offense: 30 minute mute.

    You have not provided us with any evidence as well as some of the classes and spells are bugged causing some of the statistics to be higher than normal. Please report this issue to Bugtracker, you can find the link here.

    Use of Third Party Programs: Using a third-party program or modification to gain advantage over other players. This includes speed hacking, fly hacking, multi-boxing etc.
    Punishments:
    First offense: 7 day account suspension.
    Second offense: 15 day account suspension.
    Third offense: 30 day account suspension.
    Fourth offense: Permanent account suspension.
    Note: If the player uses hack in public (Stormwind, Orgrimmar, promoting the hack in chats, or guild, or any battleground / arena / dungeon / raid) the first and second offense will be skipped, and we will deal from 30 days to permanent suspension depending on severity (going to forbidden lands like the GM island will end on a permanent ban directly).

    Greetings Whispersong,

    From the evidence that you have provided us with i do not see any abusive behavior towards a specific player.
    For the first screenshot it doesn't even show us who he is talking to or who he is as you stated ''insulting''. He said ''she'' meaning he could be referring to anyone. 
    As you mentioned Kronyx&Tarkh was insulting you in the second screenshot which is invalid statements as i cannot see him saying anything insulting towards you.

    This report will be moved to invalid as there is not enough evidence.

    Impersonating a staff member.
    Punishment: 10 day account suspension to permanent account suspension.
    Note: Impersonating a staff member in order to steal someone's account will result in a permanent account suspension.
