Report a Staff Member

General Overview:
- This form is used for reporting a Executive Game Master, Head Game Master, Forum Moderator. If you wish to report a Chat Moderators, Trial Game Master, Game Master, and Senior Game Master please click here.
- All reports submitted against a member of the staff will remain anonymous under no circumstance will your name be given to them.
- The report system is used for reporting members of the International Staff Team. If your report is for another staff team click the links below.

- Once you've sent your report in, the respective team will overview the report and determine an outcome of the report. Please note that we will not RELEASE the punishment a Game Master or Forum Moderator receives. We respect their privacy, and they shouldn't be forced to tell anyone. However, we will inform you once the report has been concluded.
Evidence Requirements:
- If you report a staff member with no evidence then the report will be closed/archived with no action.
- If you report a staff member the evidence you provide must be non-edited or fabricated.
