Quest missing: A Blossom Witnessed

[Meruem X Komugi]

 

I'm doing this quest chain, I've reached Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope: Fyrakk, the next one was supposed to be A Blossom Witnessed and the Amirdrassil raid was supposed to be released but that's not happening, the quest doesn't exist and the NPCs (who should start a new cutscene) outside the raid are missing. This is what should happen

It sounds like the quest might be phased or gated—try relogging or checking if there’s a prerequisite or weekly lock you might be missing.
