Earthen Dwarfs

Hello 

I´m doing a questline on Earthen Dwarfs. The problem is that the questline "Mourning Rise" is not there. According to the youtube video, I have to go to a certain location where the dwarf "Korgran" is supposed to be. When I got to that location, there was nothing there, just a massage from him.

Is this mission bugged?

Can Earthen dwarf be bought?

What should I do to get him?

I somehow completed that quest and the others. I don't remember how, but I still can't unlock the Earthen dwarfs. I think I just started the other quests or I restarted the quest by abandoning it. I also don't see other Earthen dwarfs in the game. Is it even possible to unlock them?

I got the achievement completed on my alliance character, but not on the horde character. so I don't know if it's even possible to unlock them.
