Posted October 25 Hello, I hope you’re doing well. I’m having trouble accessing my account associated with the email tigrineislam1@gmail.com. I still have both the password and the email address, but I no longer have access to the two-factor authentication because I changed my phone and number about five years ago. Here’s a screenshot of the original two-factor authentication activation email from 2020: https://prnt.sc/iF6usGSIOZ4j. However, when I try to use the link in that email, it just redirects me to the login page. I understand that it’s my responsibility for having lost access to my authentication codes, but I would really appreciate your help in regaining access to my account, either by disabling the two-factor authentication or by providing another verification method.
