Patron Orders

Greetings.

https://firestorm-servers.com/ru/report/see_report/134143 - this is a report for Patron Orders, which are broken for some professions.

It's 6th week of TWW, yet still Patron Orders are sent for recipes which player did not learned yet, and there is too little of them. So the problem are still exist.

Of course, it's impossible to compensate gold losses suffered by honest crafters due to this bug.

But at least, the 75 Knowledge Points (15 per week) that was weren't earned by players should be compensated.

Greetings again.

It is already 8 weeks, or two months, since the start of TWW, and there is no fix yet.

Also, there is no refund.

According to this guide - https://www.wow-professions.com/guides/the-war-within/weekly-profession-knowledge-points

I am, (as a Blacksmith), should have received 24 knowlege from patron orders every week. It was 8 weeks, so i am missed 192 knowlege, and also additional 16 from  treasures (which a not implemented), for total of 208 knowlege. And also i am missed 208x5 = 1040 Artisan Acuity.

 

A lot of honest crafters suffered from this bug. A refund of lost Knowledge Points and Artisan Acuity will be just.

You can do this, by sending Glimmer of Knowledge to players with TWW professions.

Each such item grants 2 Knowlege points, and also players receive their missed Artisan Acuity from them. So in case of Blacksmiths you can send 104 Glimmer of Blacksmithing Knowledge.

Thank you for your observations. The best place to post the issues you have encountered and explicitly described above would be the Bug Tracker. If you see a report that has already been made about the same issue, please comment that the problem still persists and add the data you have gathered. 

There is a long list of things that need to be verified first and then fixed, so, yes it takes time, so I politely ask you to be patient. Regarding compensations - we do not offer compensations for each case of missing or broken content. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I've alredy make a bug report at September 8, 2025, because of important matter of this issue. But still no fix.

And i hope you are joking about "no refund". It will be looking really ugly, if no compensation will be provided, considering what you sell professions for donation. Your players suffer because of this bug, and this is not their fault, but you punish them. This is unjust.

Nobody is being "punished", so please do not act like a targeted victim. There is some broken content and it will get fixed in time. So I ask again -  please be patient.
