Unravelling problem

Is there a reason none of my tailors can unravel? I have dumped all the tattered cloth I brought when char were transferred and bought new at the AH on two chars. Neither of them can unravel and no explanation is given, I have tried being near crafting table in case it was changed but no luck. One of my chars shows the new cloth I bought plus 997 tattered cloth which I don;t have, not in any bag or bank. The other char just has the new cloth I just bought but also cannot unravel. I don't know if something has changed or if it's a bug

I just tried to unravel https://www.wowhead.com/item=193050/tattered-wildercloth with the Dragon Isles Tailoring profession and i was getting https://www.wowhead.com/item=192095/spool-of-wilderthread

The same problem... Can't  unravel, can't craft anything, cooking the same...none of my professions works...I tried to delete cache, sort my bags, take out from bank every mats, reinstall the game
