A question about the exp boost on the server

I'm totally new to this so this is my first post.  If I'm reading the main page correctly, this server has a 5x exp boost?  Is there a way to refuse that and just level normally?  I don't want to level too fast, I love the early game stuff in WoW.

It depends on the expansion, in tww its x5 becuase is beta, we will have to ait until monday to see if it will be still x5 or x1

Hello, thanks for the reply!  I made a character logged in and apparently there's a Valkyrie near your spawn point that adjusts your exp boost level from 1x to 10x.  So, you can level normally!  This is awesome.  Gonna let me friends know about this.

I have one more question.  Are the starter area quests all completable? The reason I ask is, Tauren quests like "Poison Water" can't be completed (at least not by me).  I have the talons and claws, but the quest giver won't let me complete the quest (the question mark over his head and the 'complete' button in his dialogue is greyed out).  I also notice sometimes there are no enemies/mobs on the map in Mulgore.  I have to log off, wait like an hour or so and log back in for some of them to appear.  Are these known issues or?
