Hi. The problem has not been solved. Yesterday everything worked fine. This morning I stopped letting into the game. About 3 hours ago I was able to enter. But now it won't let me into the game again. It says an error You have been disconnected. (blz51901016)

Yeah, same. I noticed the number of online players has been going down, so... authenticator server again?...

Lo stesso per me, questa mattina funzionava poi verso le 10 si è disconnesso il serve e d'allora non riesco più ad accedere mi da lo stesso errore

i think this problem targeted half the community that's why there are around 1300 players online instead of 3k +

Hello everyone!

Are folks still having this issue? If so. Please try the following troubleshooting steps.

  • Make sure that you meet the minimal requirements for the game which you can find here.
  • Open the game, click on the settings, and under advanced, make sure that the game is using the correct graphics card
  • Restart your router then open Command Prompt ( type CMD in windows search ) as administrator and type in the following commands:
    ipconfig/release
    ipconfig/renew
    ipconfig/flushdns
  • Delete your Cache, Interface, and WTF folders in your game files.
  • Use a VPN and change your location to a different country. Any paid VPN should work and for a free alternative, it is recommended to use UrbanVPN

If none of these steps work for you, please submit a support ticket here for further assistance.

Hi!

i suffered the same problems with different Disconnected fault codes.

i solved it with clearing the cache - Deleting the WTF and interface folder - go to the game file and run the WOW launcher as administrator.

make sure you are login in with the email not username if that's something with it idk.
