How to start Warlords of Draenor Quests

The dreanor quests aren't working or I'm doing something wrong. Could someone please help or direct me to how and where to go to get them to work. Thank you.

For Draenor you better start Gul`dan world. But ! There are many buggs too. 
But you can build your garrison.
