Heart of the Azeroth

Hello everyone!

I am trying to get heart of Azeroth, but i found out, that i maybe did some mistake. I found the earthen guardian and i think i did the quest dying world, but it seems, that i cannot finnish the quest. I cannot find the npc to talk to. I found the entrance and everything, but i cannot see portal back on Sillithus. I only see Archdriud Runetotem and dead body of infused crag. Cannot find the ai to talk to... I saw the cinematic in the "bunker" and nothing...

Is it possible to renew the quest somehow? Even when i cannot find it in my quest log?

where were you at when it popped for you? im 50 on my warrior and it never popped up
