Posted September 15, 2022 I'm trying to purchase this item on grumble and my binding offer keeps getting rejected because it says I'm "close to my sending limit." On the PayPal website, it says I need to verify my card and then a few days later, a short code and the $2 they take will appear on my bank statement.
