why trainers have no response when im talking to them

i have a rogue worgen, jack all trades had no response, i  thought its just a bug and when i complete worgen questline it will be ok, i talked to cooking trainer and it was ok, but when im talking to any rogue trainer it doesnt work  , what should i do? is this a bug?

Class trainers don't offer anything since the release of CATA/MOP I believe, how you get your spells now is through levels.
