order of the cloud serpent

hello, i have a problem with the cloud serpent quest line. The quest flight training: full speed ahead just simply doesnt work. I am very mad about it as i spent 5k gold for artisan riding to get the free cloud serpent mount after the quest line ends, and now i cant get it- as i have to save up three thousand more to buy one of the mounts, is there a fix to it?

A lot of legacy questlines like from Mists of Pandaria are not working.
