Normal difficulty mode is not available for assault on violet hold

Any idea how do i get around this bug, i simply doesn't let me enter the violet hold

Hello @7amuro,

This issue could be that in Sylvanas, our Legion realm doesn't have normal difficulty for Assault on Violet Hold. Try changing the difficulty and entering the dungeon again. 
If this issue affects all difficulties, then you can try to un-stuck your character on our website here: Firestorm.

If the issue still persists, then I suggest making an in-game ticket.
