Loss of Snowstorm after doing event on first day

Hi. Many players did the eggs event on day 1 and lost the Snowstorm mount while people who acquired it after the later fix kept it. Some gamemasters said that the eggs would be reset but they did not get a reset. So people who did the eggs on day 1 lost the mount without any chance of getting it. It would be really nice and fair if you would offer this mount by alternative means as compensation for the people who lost it and did not get the chance to acquire it because the event did not reset.
