Posted July 19, 2021 Greetings, We're aware of items being lost due to something that happened yesterday on our realm. I suggest that you take a look at your mailbox your items might be there, if not, you have to make an in-game ticket so Game Masters can look into your logs, and if they find that you had the items before they disappear they will give them back to you. Know that you won't get an instant reply since many players encountered this issue as well besides that tickets are dealt with in order (from old to new ones). You might also need to stay online as much as possible in case the Game Master decides to contact you to get more Infos. Sorry for the inconvenience.
