Druid travel form issue

hi there , 
so i'm leveling up a druid toon right now (server Sethrarliss BFA) , just hit level 70 today and learned artisan riding right away (280% fly speed)
the problem is my flight form didn't benefit of it , and it's still at 150% speed .. of course i tried all the usual steps deactivate the form and reactivate it , relogged twice and still the same
please don't try to undermine this problem like a player did on the world chat saying "hey why don't you use a mount" 
flight form is a major class trait and most druid players love druid class because of the "instant" fly form 
anyway , wish a moderator can shed some light on this issue and if it was a bug please tell us when it will be solved

Edit : problem got fixed on its own once i reached level 71 , thank you
