My Hunter Lightforge Draenei dont have Tame Beast skill

I tryed to find in every place that i could find skills, my talents, my pet skills, specialization, my skill book, etc.. in the wiki it says that tame beast skill is unlocked at lvl 10 hunter, but the skill dont even exist in the list..

Tame Beast is under the spell called "Pet Utility" in your spellbook.
