War Campaign-BUG

If anyone can help me with the Lost Honor questline from the war campaign. To start it, I need the mission of The Dark Lady Calls. my mission appears neither in Dazar'lor from where initially I should have taken it nor in Orgrimmar at Lady Sylvanas as it looks on the net..Thank you and I will attach some screenshots below

Had same problem and gm helped me solve it by adding quest to me via gm commands. After this quest i have encounter with another quest with problems where same NPC is missing(Dark ranger Alina). After further research it seems in retail people had same problem and they solved it by completing Battle of Dazar'alor. Not sure if this is true or not. But i have same issues.
