Stormheim questline, bug with the stormforger grapple launcher

Hello,

I cannot complete the quest A grapple a Day. I accidently deleted the stormforged grapple launcher i had, i can still use grapple hooks in stromheim, and the game won't let me pick a new grapple launcher. I can't complete the quest since the item is not in my inventory. What shoul I do ?
