Minimal Client downloading the whole game again after update 8.3.7?

Regardless of which area I'm traveling to, the game seems to download the whole map again even though I already downloaded the game a long time ago. Does the patch really have to download the whole game again?

Yes, it does...

The only way to properly play after the new patch is downloading the entire client from the torrenti link on FS site.

A new way to download the game other then the two that are here (Torrent) Not everyone can do and the 80 GB's of data with the launcher that is super slow and makes the game crash alot.
